Andrew J. Ross is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated from Bowdoin College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. In 2009, he obtained his J.D. and M.P.P. degrees from Vanderbilt University Law School and Duke University, respectively. While in law school, Mr. Ross received the Carl J. Ruskowski Clinical Legal Education Award for his representation of clients in the Law School’s Community and Economic Development clinical program. Mr. Ross is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations.
