Emily B. Warth has been a trial lawyer since 2006, practicing primarily in general business and tort litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Warth has represented clients in disputes involving mortgage fraud, violations of the FCRA, pharmaceutical pricing fraud, and general contract disputes, as well as personal injury actions and medical malpractice claims.
Ms. Warth graduated magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 2003. She received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and music and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Warth served as the senior articles editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. She is a native of Texas and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Texas.
