Jason W. Callen

Jason W. Callen has been a civil trial lawyer since 2003. His practice primarily involves general commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration. Mr. Callen has represented clients in contract and shareholder disputes, as well as in litigation involving antitrust and employee benefit claims.

Mr. Callen graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University in 1998 with a B.A. in history. He received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School in 2003. While in law school, Mr. Callen served as Topic Access Editor for the University of Chicago Law Review and authored the student comment "Asserting In Personam Jurisdiction Over Foreign Cybersquatters," published in Volume 69 of the review. He also wrote the article "Unlawful Combatants and the Geneva Conventions," published in Volume 44 of the Virginia Journal of International Law. After graduating from law school, he served as a law clerk for The Honorable Frank H. Easterbrook, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Callen is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Illinois.
